As a unique part of our marketing package, for each property KL Realty develops a custom full-color property brochure, printed in high-resolution on quality stock. The brochures are made available at your property, at the KL Realty office, and are direct-mailed to other local real estate offices, interested buyers and any relevant parties.
Display box flyers
A supply of color informational flyer will be kept in a display box outside your property, available to any interested parties.
We take pride in our signs which will display prominently at your property. This simple, time-tested method provides a constant source of inquiries.
Direct mail postcards
Postcard mailings allow us to pinpoint geographic locations or target specific groups of people. Examples of our direct mail pieces include a “Just Listed” postcard and a quarterly postcard featuring our top listings.
As a large number of our buyers are local, we reach them by regularly advertising in local newspapers such as the Daily Camera Sunday real estate section and the Business Plus insert.
Magazines allow us to reach a target audience, such as luxury home buyers or equestrians. We advertise in both local and regional publications, in both print and on-line editions.
