Our principal, Karen Libin, established KL Realty in 1988. Her mission was to provide excellent customer service along with the highest degree of performance and accountability. After 35 plus years and hundreds upon hundreds properties bought and sold, our many happy and often repeat clients attest to our success. But we’re not resting on our laurels. Every day we are driven to ensure our clients have successful transactions.
We’re experts at all types of transactions
We have the experience, expertise and staff power to handle every type of transaction, from starter homes to large, complicated multi-owned properties. Whatever it is – condo, city house, farm, land, investment property, commercial property – we’ve bought it/sold it and know how to do it again. Over the years, we have developed a network of the necessary city and county contacts to deal with almost every buying/selling issue that can arise.
We’re a qualified team of experts
The KL Realty office works as a team with each staff member bringing his or her expertise to the sales process. The team approach allows us to be more accessible to our clients and prospective buyers, and provides more personal service. You won’t get lost in the shuffle of a large corporate office when you need to talk to us – we all will know you and your property.
In addition to Karen, the KL team includes six full-time licensed real estate agents.
