The setup includes the possibility of fertilizing each greenhouse individually. An extra tank and pump provide backup in the event of a failure. Water is from an existing well, enhanced in summer by 27 shares of Leyner-Cottonwood ditch which has been used on the 25-acre field, 5.5 acres of which was used for intensive crop production under this development, and the balance for a hay crop. A commercial gas tap is included in the sale. An attractive, refurbished wooden barn provides extra storage. The farmhouse was originally built in 1910 and has been renovated into a 3-bedroom, 1,700 square foot building with 2 main-level bedrooms and bathrooms, a covered porch, living and utility space and a large eat-in kitchen.
